Help give animals in WA a new leash on life
The Million Paws Walk is your chance to help RSPCA WA rescue, rehabilitate and rehome thousands of animals across the state. Funds raised go toward the fight against animal cruelty and the many animals in our care that need medical attention, love and a second chance at life.
In May 2023, we celebrated 25 years of Million Paws Walk WA with the biggest and best event ever. Over 3000 animal lovers gathered to walk with their 2100 pooches to celebrate the most important event on the furry, feathered and finned calendar. Participants were treated to a array of family entertainment, including kids’ rides and activities such as face painting, a trackless train, cup and saucer rides and special appearances by Bluey and Bingo and our own Inspector Izzie. Our Vetwest parade took centre stage, alongside dog-agility demonstrations and games, live music, a HEAP of food trucks, lots of pet-themed market stalls, other animal rescues, dog wash stations and a huge RSPCA Land, all within patting distance from a friendly pooch.
We'd like to thank everyone who joined us on the day! We can't wait until next year!

Let’s Show Them What Real Change Looks Like
“Ollie was one of the skinniest dogs I’ve ever seen. It was truly shocking to see the condition this beautiful dog was in - he was like a walking skeleton,” says Kylie, RSPCA WA’s Inspector Manager.
Ollie was nothing but skin and bones when he was found. Starving, chained up and close to death, we reached him just in time.
It’s only thanks to animal lovers like you that we can help animals like Ollie. Your support is so important.
All funds raised through Million Paws Walk WA help us reach more animals before it’s too late. Take the lead and join us in 2024!
